Gebraucht, Schimmel, K 132 Tradition

A stunning and immaculate example of Schimmel's flagship Konzert upright - with a Yamaha silent system (best available) factory fitted. These instruments are hand-built in Germany by the same team who make Schimmel’s concert grand pianos. They incorporate many features from grand piano design, including a tapered sound-board design and full triplex stringing, giving amazing sustain and treble.

Has the volume, tone and touch of a baby grand, with added silent headphone function for late night practising. Needless to say it sounds and plays absolutely beautifully.

Also included is a Schimmel Konzert stool, also in absolutely perfect condition.

With the silent system installed, these instruments are £20k new, and take a few months to come from the factory. This particular piano is absolutely pristine. (Left the factory in late 2016.) Unless you're prepared to wait for another to arrive in the UK, this is a unique piano.
