Used, Bluthner, Other

I'm asking for the value of F. Bluthner Lepzig piano. Serial number on the piano is 10363. Piano tunes half a tone lower than needed, but everything on the inside is intact and in good condition. It has only been in heated room conditions. On the outside of the piano one of the leg pieces (right one) is broken and at the top of the piano its veneer is loose in some places and some slats are missing. Piano has two chanterelles, but their fixtures are missing.
