Description
This is a rare Bluthner upright grand piano with serial number 25149.
It had the most beautifully decorated case in burr walnut veneer, with double brass sconces, and brass handles.
This is a big piano with an overall height of 143cm on its original castors, and a length of 151cm, and depth of 67cm.
The piano appears to have been well maintained. A condition report can be available from my technician.
Although we love to restore pianos internally, it is considered this piano does not require the likes of new strings & hammers.
Despite this, we are happy to discuss all possibilities with any interested buyer.
With a bass string length of 130cm, this represents roughly the same string length and frame size of a 7ft grand piano.
