This 1925 concert grand piano was restored in 2000 by Del Fandrich, replacing action, strings, sound board (his own design), pin block, key tabs, etc. Has been very carefully taken care of, kept in 45% humidity conditions year round. Touch was regulated in 2018. Keeps tuning for literally 6 - 9 months!!
