Hi! This piano has rarely ever been played and has been mostly collecting dust. The only semi-major issues with this upright is: the left pedal doesn't work, some of the keys stick, and there a few blemishes on the wood. Besides that the piano plays fine and has an old sound to it. If you have any questions and/or concerns you can reach me.

Suggestions on what the piano size is intended for *

The Spinet piano is usually from 90 cm/36” up to 100 cm/40”. It usually has more parts than the console piano, because it has so called dropped action (mechanism). Even though there are more working parts than in the console, so the work is more complex, a qualified technician should not charge extra for servicing the spinet piano It is the smallest of the vertical pianos, however looks very similar to console piano.
