We at Gorby's were unfamiliar with the Nordiska piano brand until we received this little gem on consignment. A bit of research revealed that Nordiska pianos were originally made in Sweden and were known throughout Europe for their superior sound and design. The Swedish company closed in 1988 and was purchased by the Dongbei Piano Company of China. The Chinese company built a state of the art factory and employed fine craftsman. Using the Swedish designs, they were successful in manufacturing the same high European quality pianos at low Chinese production costs, making them a great value for the price.

The 5 foot Nordiska 152C Grand in our store has a white finish and matching bench. It does have some bumps on the outside, but the inside shows little wear. Its easy touch and clear, singing tone make this piano a great choice for musicians of all skill levels.
