The PH Piano designed in 1930 by Poul Henningsen has become a Scandinavian design icon. This is a newly built Poul Henningsen designed PH186 ‘Excellence’ PH Grand Piano with a leather banding in a timeless warm mocca brown colour. The legs and lyra are silver-plated aluminium finish and the iconic transparent lid is in transparent plexiglass with chromed metal strips.

For those who are not musicians but wish to enjoy piano music at home or in their hotel or venue, this piano is equipped with the QRS self-player system that makes the piano play acoustically and is controlled by a smartphone - so there is no pianist required! This piano can also be played as a standard acoustic piano.

This model of the PH Grand Piano is crafted by the German piano builder Blüthner in Leipzig - this is an instrument of world class piano manufacture, designed to perform outstandingly for many decades to come.

If you want to have a piano at home that looks impeccable visually, we recommend that you look at the state of the lids to see if their surface is not scratched or varnished, similarly to the piano legs...
