This magnificent Steinway & Sons concert grand model B has been restored to like new condition. It was built in the Steinway factory in Hamburg in 1974.
Length 211 cm. This model is concidered to be the universal grand piano. It is ideal for professionals as well as suitable for your livingroom. Since the length of the keys is similar to a full concert grand model D, it is Steinways most popular model.

The keys are covered with ivory in one piece. It is in immaculate condition. Rare to find.

The full restorations consists of the following work:

- new high gloss black polyester
- new studio wheels in brass (see picture)
- frame reguilded in original Steinway gold laquer
- new bass strings from the Steinway factory
- new Roslau steel strings
- all felts replaced with original Steinway parts
- new original Steinway agraphes
- soundboard shimmed and relaquered

Het grand piano action has had a full rebuilt:
- new original Steinway & sons hammerheads and shanks
- new original Steinway & sons whippens/underlevers
- all parts weighed and callibrated according to the Precision Touch Design method

This grand piano has 3 pedals. Wanted by professional pianists.
Plays souple, equal troughout the whole keyboard and smooth.
Has its tipical Steinway sounds, full and rich, without being metallic.
