Description

The Yamaha U1 model, having been produced since 1960, is the most widely recognized and accepted professional upright piano in the world today. This piano was made in Japan for the North America market and therefore is NOT a ‘Grey Market’ Yamaha piano. The Walnut Polish finish is beautiful and is somewhat rare. Privately owned with light use, this piano is a great deal at thousands of dollars less than the cost of a new Yamaha U1.

Yamaha U1 price

In the case of U1 and U3, however, the difference in price is significant, among other things, due to the changes introduced in the 21st century. Of course the condition of the instrument you buy is important. When buying an upright piano straight from the factory... Read more

Used upright piano - what's worth paying attention...?

Another very important section in used pianos is the so-called acoustics. The acoustics are hidden inside the piano, i.e. in order to reach it, the salesman must show the inside of the instrument, we do not recommend to do it yourself if you have no experience in dismantling the piano. Here it is good to pay attention to... Read more
