Very nice Collard and Collard grand piano of British manufacture.

Extremely important manufacturer established in 1790 in London. This beautiful example dates from approximately 1888. The instrument is complete and in playing order. All of the keys and the pedals are working and the instrument tuned to concert pitch.

Patterned veneer and quality brasswork. While this is an early grand piano we are particularly pleased with its condition – the overall condition is good with few marks or veneer damage. It has clean and tidy casework in very good condition in relation to its age. The keys tops are also all in good condition.

The instrument measures 6 feet 9 inches front to rear, 4 feet 11 inches wide and 3 feet 2 inches tall and in good playing order. Very unusual and attractive rich colour figured veneer and all casework in very nice condition. Full 85 note compass and satisfying to play.
