We have been expertly restoring, repairing and tuning pianos for Radio 4, music colleges, and were former County Council contract school piano tuners and repairers for Dorset, Hampshire, West Sussex, Harrow and Bucks. Steinbach baby grand piano c1990 in high gloss black in good condition hardly used in its nearly new condition. Steinbach were made by the largest piano factory in the world who now make the Ritmüller pianos that we stock as new, they make pianos for some of the best piano manufacturers in the world! This model has European parts and was assembled in Japan. There are some small blemishes on the finish but not much that detracts from the overall looks.This piano plays with a light to medium touch and has a good round tone for the size piano. It has a rare full covered soundboard with Iron plate which helps enhance the soundboards crown shape rendering the surprising lush tone for such a small grand piano. A wonderful baby grand piano for those on a tighter budget and can’t quite stretch to the new grand pianos as this piano has low wear and tear, very much a nearly new piano.
