This used Bösendorfer 225 (Imperial) is presented in virtually new technical and visual condition. The 225 cm grand piano from 1990 combines a warm, fundamental-rich tonal foundation with bright, bell-like treble tones.

The surface renewal was carried out carefully and follows the original finish. Acoustic components are intact: no crack in the pinblock, and the soundboard and bridges are intact. The bass strings were replaced to improve the tone; tuning stability is excellent.

The first and only mechanical overhaul was performed in the PIANOVUM master workshop. After this revision the instrument appears technically and visually like new; the buyer receives a 5-year warranty.

As an instrument of the Imperial Line with 92 keys, the range of this grand extends down to the sub-contra F. The resonance-case principle with a solid wood brace, the intact Austrian spruce soundboard and the additional bass strings provide an especially wide palette of tonal colours – from delicate pianissimo to powerful fortissimo.
