Finish:
High-gloss rosewood finish, freshly lacquered and without damage. The lively wood grain is even more impressive in person than in the photos.

Condition and mechanics:
The instrument has been extensively restored; all worn parts have been replaced: new strings, new tuning pins, new felts, new hammer heads as well as numerous other felt and leather components in the action. As a result, rattling noises have been eliminated and the action responds like that of a new grand piano.

Sound character:
Thanks to its size, this Bechstein achieves a full, warm sound—typically Bechstein, more romantic than metallic. The instrument is equally suitable for discerning listeners in a domestic setting and for pianists on small stages. Sonically, this model can be compared with grands of similar size from renowned manufacturers.

Presentation and comparison:
At a trial playing in our showroom, more than 20 other grands are available for direct comparison, including instruments by Steinway & Sons, Bösendorfer and Blüthner.

Delivery and sale conditions:
Price includes delivery within Germany, including to upper floors (provided there is sufficient space; additional costs may occur for special difficulties such as crane work). Transport is carried out upright.
A surcharge of EUR 150.00 applies for Austria and the Benelux countries.
