This carefully overhauled C. Bechstein A 182 (built in 1915) is a fully restored grand piano in elegant black (length: 180 cm). Action, keyboard and tuning have been comprehensively reworked: the action has been regulated, the intonation adjusted and the instrument finely tuned. The original natural keys provide a direct, sensitive touch. Visually, the case has been finished with a traditional hand‑applied shellac polish that highlights depth and character. With 85 keys, this instrument displays classic features of earlier production years and combines historical substance with assured playability and a nuanced tone.
