The famous Rippen aluminium grand piano. The only grand piano worldwide with this particular design. These grand pianos are extremely rare, as relatively few were made. This is a completely restored example.

This grand piano is special not only because of the striking design, but also technically. Normally the frame of a grand piano is made of cast iron and the case of wood. However, on this grand piano the exterior and frame are formed together from a single cast piece of aluminium. The aluminium is painted metallic gold and all wooden parts are new high-gloss black.
