This Schiedmayer grand piano Model 240 (year of manufacture 1900) has undergone a comprehensive overhaul and now presents itself in excellent condition both technically and visually. The instrument was built during the heyday of Schiedmayer & Söhne and, after a complete restoration, features a new polyester high-gloss black finish.

The grand offers a warm, romantic core tone with a soft response – ideal for players of all levels who are seeking a characterful, historic instrument. The touch has been harmoniously regulated and conveys the tonal nuances of different eras.

All used keyboard instruments in our modern workshop undergo a thorough inspection: where necessary, mechanical and tonal work is carried out professionally. No instrument leaves our sale stock without first having received a detailed check by our master piano builder Thomas Kreisel. The final check immediately before delivery is of course performed.

Tuning is included in the offer. We provide a five-year warranty on this instrument. Photographs of the instrument after restoration will be supplied subsequently.
