A rare and elegant antique grand piano by the renowned Viennese maker
J. M. Schweighofer & Söhne, dating from approximately 1865–1875.
This instrument represents the golden age of Viennese piano craftsmanship and features:
• stunning figured walnut veneer
• beautifully hand-carved music desk
• original award medallion (Paris 1867 and others)
• preserved original structure
The piano is in very good condition considering its age, both visually impressive and structurally sound.
