Condition: excellent original condition. The instrument has been regularly serviced by the Steinway technician. Soundboard free of cracks and in perfect condition. Action recently adjusted; very good tunability and tuning stability.

Description: The A grand is the compact model of Steinway's concert grand series and combines constructional features typical of this line. Due to its design it achieves tonal qualities that exceed those of smaller models. This instrument will appeal to both sound connoisseurs and professional pianists – suitable for demanding playing at home as well as for concert use.

Delivery and additional services:
The price includes delivery within Germany including floors (provided there are no special difficulties such as the need for a crane; sufficient space is assumed). A surcharge applies for Austria and the Benelux countries.

Subject of the warranty: this warranty covers the operational functionality of the purchased item. Damage caused by improper handling or inadequate maintenance is excluded. The warranty includes free replacement of materials and labor; further costs are not covered by the seller. Tunings and service work are not part of the warranty services.
Duration: 5 years from handover for fault-free functionality.
Territorial scope: Germany and the rest of continental Europe.
Conditions: the warranty applies provided the conditions to be met by the buyer are observed. The instrument is sensitive to climatic fluctuations; the relative humidity in the installation room should be between 40% and 60%. We are happy to advise on possible humidifying or dehumidifying measures. Your instrument must not be exposed to direct thermal radiation from a heater; direct sunlight should also be avoided.
