The instrument is in excellent technical and tonal condition. Typical of Steinway, it offers a rich, balanced sound that suits both ambitious amateur pianists and professional players on smaller stages.

A demonstration is possible in our shop in Jena; please arrange an appointment.

Payment and delivery:
Payment on handover to the shipping company or by advance bank transfer.
The price includes delivery within Germany, including carrying to floors (provided there are no particular difficulties such as the need for a crane). For Austria and the Benelux countries we charge an extra 150.00 EUR.

Tax and sale:
Price including VAT, but not separately itemised (margin scheme).
This instrument is sold directly by the master piano builder and carries his recommendation.

Warranty (5 years) – important notes:
The 5-year warranty refers to the fault-free functional condition of the purchased instrument. Damages resulting from improper handling or lack of maintenance are excluded. The warranty covers free replacement of materials and labour; costs beyond that are not covered. Tuning and regular service work are not part of the warranty.

Duration and territorial scope:
The warranty applies from handover for 5 years and is limited to Germany and the rest of the European mainland.

Requirements for warranty coverage:
The warranty is granted provided the buyer complies with the following conditions:
- Room climate: relative humidity in the installation room between 40% and 60%.
- Location: no direct exposure to heat from radiators, no direct sunlight, and no door or window immediately adjacent to the instrument. Installation on underfloor heating only after appropriate protection and regular checks.
- Care: for cleaning, a slightly damp cloth is sufficient; avoid aggressive cleaning agents.

Warranty provider and sales partner:
The warranty is granted by the seller. The instrument is offered and recommended by the master piano builder.
