Condition and action:
The action has been completely overhauled and regulated. There is no wear and no rattling; the touch is precise and sensitive with excellent dynamic response.

Tuning and service after delivery:
The instrument leaves our house freshly tuned; the tuning stability is very good. 6–8 weeks after delivery a piano technician will visit again to retune and make fine adjustments (only within Germany).

Finish and sound:
High-quality, nearly new black high-gloss finish without damage. Sonically it shows a powerful, Steinway-typical tone with great dynamic range.

Sale and trial:
This instrument is sold directly by the master piano builder and is recommended by him. Trial playing is possible in our shop in the centre of Jena. Opening hours: Mon–Fri 10:00–18:30, Sat 10:00–14:00 and by appointment.

Payment and financing:
On request you can pay the shipping company directly on delivery without advance payment (no extra charge) or arrange a partial payment plan. We will prepare a financing offer on request.

- Delivery within Germany including carrying to floors (provided no special difficulties such as a crane are required)

For Austria and the Benelux countries the delivery surcharge is EUR 150.00.

Warranty terms:
Warranty provider: Pianelli Music Store, Pianelli GmbH (Jena).
Content: The warranty covers the functionality of the purchased item. Damage resulting from improper handling or inadequate maintenance is excluded. The warranty includes free replacement of materials and labor; costs beyond this are not covered. Tunings and service work are not part of the warranty.
Duration: 5 years from handover.
Territorial scope: Germany and the rest of continental Europe.
Conditions: The warranty applies provided the buyer observes the usual care standards. The instrument is sensitive to climatic fluctuations; the relative humidity in the room of installation should be between 40% and 60%. We are happy to advise you on optimal placement and climate care.
