Condition and work carried out:
The grand piano has been fully overhauled: new strings, new tuning pins, renewed hammer heads, new action levers and fresh felting on the cast iron plate – among other work to restore playing and sound quality.

Action and tuning:
The action has been freshly regulated and provides a precise, very sensitive playing feel. The instrument leaves our workshop freshly tuned; tuning stability is very good.

Finish and sound:
The finish is new and executed in black high-gloss, without damage. Sonically it shows a strong, typical Steinway foundation with great dynamics and expressiveness.

Sale and recommendation:
This instrument is offered directly by the master piano builder and carries his express recommendation.

Trial playing:
Viewing and trial playing are possible in our shop.
Opening hours: Mon–Fri 10:00–18:30, Sat 10:00–14:00 and by appointment.

Payment and financing:
On request you may make payment without advance directly upon delivery to the forwarding company (or part–part). We will be happy to prepare an offer for financing.

For Austria and the Benelux countries the surcharge is EUR 150.00.

Warranty (short version):
The warranty relates to the operational functionality of the purchased item and includes free replacement of material and labor for justified defects. Excluded are damages due to improper handling or inadequate maintenance; tunings and service interventions are not part of the warranty. The warranty is valid for 5 years from handover and is geographically limited to Germany and the rest of continental Europe.

Conditions:
The instrument is sensitive to climatic fluctuations. The relative humidity at the installation site should be between 40% and 60%. We will be happy to advise you on humidification or dehumidification options.
