For sale: an overhauled Blüthner A (124) in high-gloss black. Condition: used.

Workshop condition / work carried out:
The instrument has been comprehensively overhauled in the workshop. The case received a new black polyester finish. The acoustic system was overhauled; the soundboard was planed. New strings for bass and treble were fitted and the tuning pins were replaced. Hammer heads and damper felts are new, and the action has been regulated. In addition, ribbons as well as catch and counter-catch leathers were renewed. The hammer rest rail was refelted, and balance rail fittings were replaced. Keyframe felts and the keybed were refelted, and the keys were polished. Chrome/silver hinges and brass parts were refurbished and polished.
