The history of the house of Geyer dates back to the 18th century; since reunification the instruments have been manufactured by Thüringer Pianoforte GmbH. This used Geyer piano from the year 1996 combines the advantages of German piano making with a restrained, robust appearance in durable oak.

With a height of 114 cm, the instrument presents itself as tonally warm, balanced and rich in overtones — not intrusive, but musically pleasant. The built-in moderator allows additional damping of the tone, for example for later practice sessions.

The piano’s inner workings are technically laid out with care and provide the progressing hobby pianist with a consistent, well-playable mechanism. For this reason the model is particularly suitable as a sensible purchase for families and beginners who have demands regarding sound and durability.

As with all our new and used acoustic pianos and grand pianos, we also grant a five-year warranty for this Geyer model 114. All used keyboard instruments are thoroughly inspected in our modern workshop by highly motivated piano builders and restored if necessary. No instrument is put up for sale without first having received a comprehensive inspection by our master piano builder Thomas Kreisel. A final check of the piano immediately before delivery is, of course, performed.
