The Kawai K-200 combines modern design with a warm, balanced tone. With a height of 114 cm, it offers a compact format for the home. The Millennium‑III action with ABS‑carbon elements provides a light, precise touch and responds sensitively to every nuance of playing. A solid soundboard made from selected spruce contributes to a full, rounded sound projection. Features such as an extra-wide music desk, a slow-closing key lid and a reinforced keybed are otherwise more commonly found on higher-class instruments. The model has 88 keys and is particularly suitable for family use and private music instruction. The K-200 is available, among others, in black and white; the Silent variant K200 ATX3 is optional.
