The Sauter Ragazza 122 combines a clear, voluminous tonal character with a restrained, elegant design. The soundboard is significantly enlarged compared with the entry-level model and, together with Sauter’s spherical curvature, provides greater warmth, fullness and brilliant overtones.

A special feature of the construction is the double-repetition action developed by Sauter (known as the RR grand-piano technique) as well as a finer scaling that allows a more even transition from treble to bass. This robust, low-wear action delivers a playing feel very close to that of a grand piano.

Visually, the Ragazza 122 impresses with soft lines, a grand-style lid and brass appliqués on the console. Additional equipment: moderator (muting pedal), RR grand-piano technique, lock and brass double casters. The instrument is new and is aimed at players who value balanced tonal development and high-quality action.
