Descripción
This brand originally dates from Berlin in 1908. After a short takeover period by the English Bentley Piano Company from 1984 to 1992, the brand was again taken over by Whelpdale, Maxwell & Codd Ltd. from 1993 to 1998, and was ultimately discontinued in 2003.
Since that time, G. Steinberg has been built as a separate line in the Perzina factory in Yantai, China.
The parts used come, as with Perzina, from Europe, which makes the brand present itself respectably at the top of the beginner class. Five types (heights) of pianos are built and four types (lengths) of grand pianos.
