This Yamaha U1A has been professionally refurbished and completely restored both technically and cosmetically. Both the interior and the cabinet were thoroughly treated: the cabinet has been re-sprayed in high-gloss polyester and the soundboard received a new coat of varnish. The keytops have been replaced so the keyboard feels like new.

Mechanically, strings and hammerheads were repaired or replaced where necessary. All felt and the relevant linings in the action were renewed as standard. Brass parts have been polished and the instrument is finished with a practice pedal and a slow-fall on the fallboard.

Thanks to the complete overhaul, we offer a 10-year warranty on this instrument. We also perform silent installations: in addition to original Yamaha silent pianos, we usually offer a universal silent system so you are free to choose an instrument from our entire range and have the silent system installed later (or immediately).
