The Yamaha U1G is a model that was produced for only one year and is technically identical to the U1F; it shares the construction of the current U1 series.

This instrument has been professionally refurbished: both the interior and exterior have been thoroughly restored. The cabinet has been repainted in polyester high-gloss, the key covering has been replaced and the soundboard has been re-lacquered. The internal action has also been brought back to like-new condition. Because of this thorough overhaul, we offer a 10-year warranty on the instrument.

Strings and hammer heads have been repaired or replaced where necessary. All felt work and the bearings in the action have been renewed, and all brass parts have been polished. The piano has a practice (study) pedal and a slow-fall on the fallboard.

Silent system: we provide various silent solutions. Sometimes an original factory-installed Yamaha silent system is present, but generally we install a universal silent system. This gives you the freedom to choose a piano from our full range; we then install the desired silent system.
