This Yamaha U100 has been carefully restored and technically fully inspected. Both the internal mechanism and the exterior have been rebuilt and finished, making the instrument, in terms of touch and appearance, virtually like new. The case has been repainted with high-gloss polyester lacquer and the keytops have been replaced. The soundboard received a new coat of varnish and the interior has been returned to like-new condition. Because of these thorough works, we provide a 10-year warranty on our refurbished instruments.
Strings and hammerheads have been repaired or replaced where necessary. In addition, all felt parts and bearing elements in the action are renewed as standard. Brass parts have been polished so they look like new again. The instrument is fitted with a practice pedal and a slow-fall mechanism on the fallboard, for comfortable and controlled use.
Silent system:
We offer various Silent solutions. Sometimes we have Yamaha instruments with an original factory Silent; most of the time, however, we install a universal Silent system. The advantage of a universal system is that you are free to choose the instrument and we install the desired Silent system. This way you are not limited to Silent models that are already factory-fitted.
