The Yamaha U3 Silent combines the proven U3 concept with modern Silent technology. In this version, the integrated SH‑Silent system allows you to mute the acoustic playing when needed while still hearing realistic tonal colors through headphones. As an acoustic instrument, the U3 offers strong projection and sonic presence; at the same time the digital section provides additional high-quality sounds and functions. Yamaha has revised the U‑series: improved scaling, increased stability and robustness, an extra-wide music desk, and a slow-closing fallboard are among the updates. This instrument has 88 keys and is presented in white high-gloss — a combination of classic playing feel and modern extensions.
