This is a very neat and well-built German/European piano, equipped with a modern Pianodisc silent system from 2020.
The soundboard is made of selected spruce wood from Italy , from the Val di Fiemme region . This is the area where grand piano builders like Fazioli and formerly Stradivarius used the best spruce wood as a soundboard. The Renner piano mechanism is in excellent condition.
Zimmermann is a brand and product of the Bechstein group, which has a lower entry price. For anyone who prefers the sound experience and quality of Bechstein, but is not inherent to a well-known brand name, this Zimmermann is a very good option.
