German-made grand piano, 190 cm. The soundboard is in good condition and the cast-iron frame with cross-strung strings provides a solid sonic foundation.

The Langer action has undergone a previous restoration and is in excellent working condition; a thorough overhaul is nevertheless recommended to restore the instrument to maximum operational reliability.

The pinblock maintains good hold, allowing the instrument to sustain the reference pitch at A = 440 Hz. To improve appearance and overall performance, a professional cleaning of the strings, cast-iron frame and soundboard is recommended.

The pedal assembly shows clear damage and requires repair work.
