Condition: Very good, well-maintained condition; only minimal marks in the lacquer from dusting, no scratches or lacquer damage visible.

Technical: The instrument has been freshly tuned and regulated. The grand piano offers a clear, balanced sound and is suitable for both beginners and advanced players.

Climate protection: The Kawai GM-10 is equipped with a built-in climate system that protects the piano from excessive dryness and humidity.

Delivery & extras: Delivery within Germany is included in the price and includes carrying into the floors (provided there are no extraordinary difficulties such as crane work). For Austria and the Benelux countries we charge a surcharge of 150,00 EUR. For a surcharge of 50,00 EUR we additionally supply a suitable grand piano cover.

Warranty: Includes 3 years warranty (see warranty terms).

Warranty terms (summary):
Warranty provider: Pianelli Music Store, Pianelli GmbH (Jena).
The warranty covers the operational functionality of the purchased item. Damage caused by improper handling or inadequate maintenance is excluded. The warranty includes free replacement of materials and labor; costs beyond that are borne by the buyer. Tunings and service work are not covered by the warranty.
Duration: 3 years from handover.
Geographical scope: Germany and the rest of the European continent.

Conditions: The warranty is valid provided the following notes are observed:
- Room climate: relative humidity in the installation room 40–60%.
- Location: No direct proximity to radiators, no direct exposure to sunlight, no immediate proximity to exterior doors or open windows. Do not place on underfloor heating without proper protective measures.
- Cleaning: A slightly damp window cloth or microfiber cloth or an antistatic duster is sufficient for care.
- Service: Maintenance and adjustment work should be carried out by trained piano builders, first within 3 months after delivery and thereafter at least once a year (ideal: spring and autumn). Instruments used professionally or placed in unfavourable climatic conditions may require significantly more frequent service.
