In 1984 Mason and Hamlin went out of business leaving 30 BB’s in need of assembly. Craftsman Piano acquired two of these pianos and finished the job of putting them together. The result is two Mason BB’s that are superior by far to the early 70’s era Masons in tone, touch, and quality control. These are the Mason BB’s without the problems of Aeolian. The pianos are superb in every way.
