***Antique 1898 C. Bechstein Model V upright Piano- Ships internationally via FEDEX air freight***

Here we have an antique C. Bechstein Model V upright piano, in an attractive figured mahogany case.
This piano was manufactured in 1898, as indicated by its serial number printed on the cast iron plate: 46497. 
The model V is often regarded as one of the best models of upright C. Bechstein produced, having rich, warm tonal properties and a satisfying, substantial touch. These pianos are known for their sweet, singing tone which carries a melody well in the treble- and a deep and colorful bass. 
This particular model V is in highly original unrestored condition, displaying the workmanship of late 19th century top-tier German piano making. The quality of the ivory veneers used on this piano for example, is of the highest caliber and provides an excellent sensation under the fingers.
Depending on your preference regarding the restoration of Antique pianos, and your preferences as a pianist, you may choose to invest in varying degrees of restoration on this piano.
As is normal in the case of all pianos over 100 years old, there is a natural degree of wear in the action, however if you are looking for an authentic C.
