This Knabe Ampico A grand piano was built in 1927 in Baltimore, USA. One of the last grand pianos built with the Ampico A system./nIt was bought by the owner of a chocolate factory in England and shipped there straight from the factory. Because of this, it has an original 220 Volts electric motor. In the US 110 Volt motors were used./n/nThe walnut artcase is exceptional.
