Professionally tuned and fully regulated. The action has been upgraded with original Steinway & Sons hammers and shanks, ensuring the authentic touch and response of a new instrument. The exterior finish is the original factory lacquer, which has been professionally polished to a high shine. As it has not been refinished, the cabinet shows some minor cosmetic nicks and small bumps consistent with its age and authentic history, which do not affect its performance or structural integrity.

The piano will be delivered professionally wrapped, packaged, and secured on a specialized protective pallet to ensure maximum safety during transit. Bringing the instrument indoors, unpacking, professional assembly, and installation are not included in the free delivery service.

Warranty details:
Provided by PianoShop Greece (technician's transportation costs are not included outside the Attica region). The warranty covers the proper functioning of the instrument. It does not apply to damage caused by misuse or lack of proper care. It includes replacement of parts and labor at no cost; any additional expenses are excluded. Regular tuning and maintenance services are not covered.
Warranty period & coverage: Valid for 5 years from the date of delivery.
Warranty conditions: Maintain a suitable indoor climate: relative humidity should remain between 40% and 60%. Keep the instrument away from direct heat sources such as radiators and avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Do not place the piano over underfloor heating unless appropriate professional insulation measures are in place. For cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth (such as a window cloth) or a microfiber cloth; an antistatic duster is also suitable.
