Manufactured in 2005 and owned by a single careful custodian. The instrument has been well maintained and shows normal cosmetic wear from age and professional moves; a few blemishes are visible but do not affect playability.

This piano currently needs tuning, yet it plays beautifully and the three pedals function properly. The case is finished in a transparent cherry lacquer that highlights the decorative carving and the curved legs.

- Longer key sticks for increased leverage and more even control across the keyboard.
- Steel frame keybed to reduce warping from humidity and temperature changes.

Hardware and durability:
Pedal levers employ square‑tube steel for greater strength and quieter operation; the pedals themselves are cast brass. The fallboard features a slow‑fall mechanism to prevent sudden closures.
