This is probably the best-known model of the Yamaha U1 series. The Yamaha U1H was built from 1972 to 1980. By far the most of these were produced in Yamaha’s history. As a result, this is one of the most common used Yamaha pianos.

Our refurbished Yamaha upright pianos & grands are like new instruments again. Both the interior and exterior have been overhauled. The case has been sprayed with polyester high-gloss lacquer, the key covering has been replaced, the soundboard has received new varnish, and even the interior is in like-new condition. For this reason we again provide 10 years’ warranty on these instruments.

The strings and hammer heads have been repaired or replaced if necessary. We also routinely replace all felts and the bearings in the action. All brass parts have been polished and look like new again. All pianos are fitted with a practice pedal and slow-fall on the fallboard.

A Yamaha Silent piano? The Yamaha Silent piano is very popular in the Netherlands. We carry several Silent systems in our range. We also regularly have Yamaha Silent pianos with the original, factory-installed Yamaha Silent system. However, we generally offer a universal Silent system. The great advantage of this is that you can choose a piano entirely to your liking, into which we then install a Silent system. This way you are not limited to a restricted selection of Silent pianos, but can choose from our complete range.
