Nieuw, Petrof, Kršák

This Petrof Kršák grand piano was created as a commissioned art instrument in close collaboration with director Peter Kršák. The client defined both external and internal details, and Petrof’s master craftsmen used the P210 Pasat as the technical and tonal reference when shaping the cabinet and action.

The result is an original, high-quality concert-style grand with refined workmanship and carefully selected sound characteristics. The instrument measures 217 cm in length, features a full 88-key keyboard, three pedals and delivers the presence and dynamic range expected of a large grand.

Shortly after installation in Mr Kršák’s residence in Bratislava the instrument was played by several noted Slovak pianists, demonstrating its performance qualities in a private setting.
