An exemplar of fine cabinetmaking. This piano originated as a bespoke commission: responding to a client’s brief, we designed and built a prototype. During its creation we advanced our marquetry technique to an outstanding standard. Marquetry represents the summit of joinery skills, and our workshop can now reproduce a wide range of decorative schemes by combining various veneers and colour treatments.
