The instrument will be rebuilt using authentic Steinway parts and refinished in a satin ebony tone to preserve its original character. It measures 188 cm (6'2") and carries serial number 85462. A matching artist bench is included. Upon restoration the piano will regain the refined appearance and tonal presence associated with Steinway Model A instruments.
