Overhaul and equipment:
The instrument was fully overhauled by careful handwork in 2025. It received new, high-quality strings and tuning pins as well as new hammer heads (original Steinway). Damper felts, hammer shanks with rollers and Renner lift links were also completely renewed – all relevant wear parts and mechanical components have been replaced.

The finish is new and executed in high-gloss black, without signs of use. New key coverings: white coverings in plastic, black coverings in ebony – as on current Steinway models.

Touch and sound:
The touch is excellent; the instrument shows outstanding tonal qualities. The voicing/intonation has been set to "medium", so both romantic repertoire and jazz are very well suited. Because of its balanced tone and precise action, the grand piano is suitable both for demanding private use and for smaller stages.

Payment and delivery:
Payment can, without surcharge, be made directly to the shipping company upon delivery if you do not wish to pay in advance. The price includes delivery within Germany and carrying to the floors (provided there are no particular difficulties such as a crane or similar). For deliveries to Austria and the Benelux countries a surcharge of EUR 100.00 applies.

Scope of delivery and taxes:
Included in the offer is a colour-matched, height-adjustable bench. Delivery is VAT included; however this VAT is not separately itemized (margin scheme).

Warranty:
Five years' warranty is included in the price, under the conditions stated below. The guarantor is Pianelli Music Store / Pianelli GmbH. The warranty applies to the functionality of the purchased item; damages caused by improper handling or insufficient care are excluded. The warranty includes free replacement of materials and labour; tunings and routine service work are excluded from the warranty. The warranty period is 5 years from handover. The territorial scope is Germany and the rest of continental Europe. The warranty is granted subject to compliance with the conditions specified by the seller.
