Technical condition: freshly regulated and tuned. Action fully overhauled, hammer heads freshly filed and everything carefully adjusted.

Sound: balanced, not too metallic a tone; excellent tuning stability – typical Yamaha. Suitable for beginners to advanced players and also well suited for small stages.

Warranty and delivery: 5 years warranty. Free delivery including carrying to floors (unless there are particular difficulties; islands excluded). VAT not separately shown (margin scheme).

Scope of the warranty: The warranty covers the faultless functionality of the instrument. Damage caused by improper handling or lack of maintenance is excluded. The warranty includes free replacement of parts and labor; costs beyond this are not covered. Tunings and service work are not part of the warranty services.

Duration and territorial scope: The warranty is valid for 5 years from handover and is geographically limited to Germany and the rest of the European mainland.

Conditions: The instrument should be placed in a room with a relative humidity of 40–60%. Avoid direct heat exposure, direct sunlight or open exterior doors at the installation site. Underfloor heating may only be used with appropriate protective measures. For cleaning, a slightly damp cloth or a microfibre cloth is sufficient; regular maintenance by qualified piano technicians is recommended (first maintenance within 3 months after delivery, thereafter at least once a year; more often in case of professional use).
