Warranty details:
Provided by PianoShop GREECE (technician's transportation costs is not included ouside Attica region).
The warranty covers the proper functioning of the instrument. It does not apply to damage caused by misuse or lack of proper care. It includes replacement of parts and labor at no cost; any additional expenses are excluded. Regular tuning and maintenance services are not covered.

Warranty period & coverage:
Valid for 5 years from the date of delivery.

Warranty conditions:
Maintain a suitable indoor climate: relative humidity should remain between 40% and 60%. Keep the instrument away from direct heat sources such as radiators and avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Do not place the piano over underfloor heating unless appropriate professional insulation measures are in place. For cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth (such as a window cloth) or a microfiber cloth; an antistatic duster is also suitable.
