1991 Yamaha U1E bought new by current owner in Hong Kong and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area, has always resided in the air conditioned living room. Professionally tuned last month with no issues. Owner is selling house and piano is part of the staging, so it will be available for moving once the open house is passed, which is expected within a few weeks. Piano tuner thought the piano was last tuned 2-3 years ago and could not believe it had been 15 years, probably due to the constant temperature and mild weather.
