The piano was tuned recently. In addition, the action received a readjustment; the hammer heads were voiced. As a result of these works, the instrument shows particularly stable tuning retention and a very balanced touch.

Warranty conditions
Warranty provider: Pianelli Music Store (Pianelli GmbH).
Scope: The warranty relates to the functionality of the instrument and applies to Germany as well as the rest of continental Europe. Damage caused by improper handling or inadequate maintenance is excluded. Costs for parts and labor covered by the warranty will be replaced free of charge; any costs beyond that are borne by the buyer. Tunings and service work are not covered by the warranty. The warranty is granted for 5 years from handover.

Conditions for warranty coverage
Please observe the room climate: relative humidity should be between 40% and 60%. The piano must not be exposed to direct heat from radiators or direct sunlight; doors or windows should not be opened immediately adjacent to the instrument. Use on underfloor heating is only permitted after prior technical consultation and appropriate protective measures. For cleaning we recommend a slightly damp window cloth, a microfiber cloth or an antistatic duster. Service and repair work should be carried out by trained piano technicians.
