Ignaz Bösendorfer founded this company in 1827 and from 1830 was the official piano maker of the Austrian emperor. The company was noted for its luxury grand piano models and for building a 97-key piano with 8 octaves. Today Bösendorfer is wholly owned by Yamaha.

The Bosendorfer 200 grand piano, serial number 29752, glossy black, two pedals has a warm, round and rich sound typical of Renner mechanical hammers. It is the European leader in piano mechanics. Its hundred-year experience makes it robust and reliable, giving the pianist an impression of solidity, suitable for performance and study. This piano was manufactured in 1971 and in 2022 we carried out a restoration, replaced new strings, pins, hammers, stilettos and new cabinet lacquer.
