This Yamaha CFIII‑S is a professionally prepared concert grand, built in Japan and measuring 275 cm (9'0"). The instrument features a high‑gloss ebony lacquer cabinet with brass fittings, an 88‑note keyboard fitted with Ivorite synthetic natural keys and ebony sharps, and three pedals.

Dated circa 2009, the piano is in excellent used condition and has been freshly serviced by our workshop: the action has been adjusted, the cabinet and brass hardware polished, and mechanical checks completed to a performance standard. Tonally and mechanically the instrument provides the projection and dynamic range expected from a full concert piano of this length.

Intended for concert use, the grand offers a three‑position lid prop to vary projection, a softly closing lockable fallboard and a lid that can be secured. Steamroller‑style brass castors aid stage movement; two castors are fitted with locks to hold the instrument firmly in place when required.

Final finishing and setup were carried out at our Haslemere facility by Yamaha‑trained concert technician Bruno Torrens. The piano is supplied with a five‑year warranty. Delivery to mainland UK ground‑floor addresses is included. The instrument will receive tuning and final setup prior to handover.
