General and mechanical condition
The action works very well and the keyboard has an even response. The strings, tuning pins and frame are in good condition and properly maintained. The piano produces a warm, typically French tone, suitable for a variety of repertoire.

Remarks
There are some localized chips on the left upright of the keyboard (see photos). These defects are purely cosmetic and do not affect playability or the mechanics.

Recommended use
At 120 cm high, this Pleyel offers more presence and resonance than a compact model. It suits a demanding amateur pianist, a conservatory student or a professional musician seeking the character of a French piano in a salon format.
